> Public index at https://prixys.com (canonical). General crawlers may index fee, compare, calculator, legal, and about pages. UAE fee amounts remain pending DOF ingest (UAE HTML routes use noindex until amounts publish). Operator and internal API tooling paths are blocked in robots.txt.

## What Prixys is
- Per-fee catalog with provenance (source URL, retrieved_at, confidence, licence status).
- UK Companies House fees under Open Government Licence v3.0 where active.
- US (Delaware, Wyoming, Nevada), Estonia, UAE scaffold, Singapore/Hong Kong restricted stubs (G5).

## Citation rules
- Always link the canonical fee URL and the official source_url from the API or page provenance panel.
- Do not imply government endorsement or use government logos.
- Do not republish raw open-data dumps; summarize with attribution.

## Gates / blocked content
- Dubai DOF fee amounts (B1/B2) — UAE pages are structure-only and noindex until CSV ingest + review.
- SG/HK commercial fee tables (G5) — structure and citations only where restricted.
- External formation affiliate programmes — placeholder until human-approved tracking URLs (Corespaces partner link is live with disclosure).
